App Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the ISP Pro app for iOS and Android. The app

is a tool for viewing and managing the service you have with us — it does

not replace your subscription contract. The provider is Nail Çelaj, sole

trader, business name "ISP Pro", tax ID L46314002H.

1. Who may use it

The app is for our subscribers. You sign in with your service credentials;

you are responsible for keeping them safe and for actions carried out from

your device.

2. What you can do

View your invoices and payments, the state of your connection, your usage,

your support requests and outage notices. You can change the name and

password of your WiFi network and restart your router remotely. These

actions affect the device in your home, so use them only when you know

what you are doing.

3. Payments

Subscription payments are made for a real service provided to you outside

the app. They are processed by our payment processor and governed by the

Terms of Service and your subscription contract.

4. Availability

The app is provided as is. There may be interruptions for maintenance or

updates. Features may change over time.

5. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the app, nor attempt to

access data that does not belong to you. Accessing devices that are not

yours is a breach and may lead to your account being closed.

6. Your data

How we use your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete

your app account at any time through the account deletion page or from

within the app; this does not close your subscription.

7. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we publish a new version with its effective

date and ask you to accept it in the app. Your acceptance is recorded

together with the version and the date.
