Open Speedtest
Use the Speedtest app on your phone (App Store / Google Play) or visit speedtest.net in your browser.

Pick the ISP Pro server
Tap the server name and choose from the list: ISPPro — Shkoder. That way you measure our network itself, not a distant server.

Run the test
Press Go and wait for download, upload and ping to finish. Repeat once or twice for a stable picture.

Compare with your package
Check the result against the speed of your package on the packages page.
For an accurate result
Use a cable if you can
Wi-Fi loses speed with distance and walls. An Ethernet cable shows what your line really delivers.
Pause downloads first
Streaming, updates and other devices on the network lower the measured result.
Check your device's limit
Older devices may not reach the full speed of your package — the line can be faster than the device.
Result looks off?
Restart your router and test again with a cable. Still slow? Contact our support — we will check your line.
